Our name is 1-800-FLOODED, Inc. We are a Nevada corporation. We have no affiliates or predecessors. Our principal business is licensing and franchising the trade name and telephone number 1-800-FLOODED, to which we have exclusive rights. We have no other business activities. We are a new company established in the year 2001. We are only now, in the summer of 2001, commencing to offer franchises and licenses to use the 1-800-FLOODED trade name and number. We have not offered franchises in any other line of business.
Our principal director, having responsibility for the franchises offered by this offering, is Phillbert R. Thomas. Mr. Thomas principal occupation during the last five years has been the restoration of property damaged by water through Aquatele, a company which he owned and managed in Fontana, CA. We are not using any franchise brokers.
